After arguing the writ petition for some time, noticing deficiencies in the pleadings and the documents filed along with the writ petition, Sri P. Sriharinath, learned counsel for petitioners, does not press the writ prayer with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition for comprehensive reliefs.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
