When the matter was listed on 26.07.2016, since there was no representation for the appellants, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 02.08.2016. When the matter was called on 02.08.2016, there was representation on behalf of the appellants seeking adjournment. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter today under the same caption. Today, there is no representation for the appellants. The appeal relates to the year 1999 and the Suit relates to the year 1992. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
