JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by order, dated 18.11.2014, in LGA.No.1 of 2012 on the file of respondent No.1-Special Court under Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad, whereby it has allowed the appeal and set aside the judgment and decree, dated 24.10.2011, in LGOP.No.782 of 2000 on the file of respondent No.2 and remanded the case to the said respondent.

The petitioners filed WPMP.No.26250 of 2016 with the prayer to record compromise as per the terms and

conditions contained in the memorandum of understanding, dated 30.4.2016, entered into between the petitioners and the representative of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, Mr. Thakur Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, along with petitioner No.6, and Mr. S.Prithvi, learned counsel representing Mr. S.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.3, along with respondent No.3, are present. Both the learned counsel and the parties have confirmed the fact of the parties entering into memorandum of understanding, dated 30.4.2016.

Besides filing a copy of the said memorandum of understanding along with WPMP.No.26250 of 2016, they have also placed before the Court the original memorandum of understanding at the hearing.

In the light of the above, WPMP.No.26250 of 2016 is allowed and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of understanding, dated 30.4.2016, with the direction that the terms and conditions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 05.02.2015, in WPMP.No.2532 of 2015 is vacated and WPMP.No.2532 of 2015 is disposed of as infructuous.
