Sri Lakshmikanth Reddy Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, so as to move yet another petition to quash the proceedings in the charge sheet, since the petitioner learnt about filing of charge sheet very recently, though, the charge sheet was filed on 25.01.2017.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
