NO: 1352 OF 2008 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the cases of petitioners for appointment to the post of Contract JLN/ by permitting them to appear for the selection process, which is going on till 29-1-2008 or any other subsequent day and consider their cases on par with other basing on their merit, pending disposal of the above W.P. This Court, having considered the submissions of learned counsel for respective parties, is of the considered view that no further orders need be passed in this writ petition in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 24.01 .2008.
