HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17160 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek direction thereby to relax the conditions imposed on them, vide order dated 20.12.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.4195 of 2016 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of furnishing fixed deposit for a sum of Rs.50,000/- imposed against the petitioners, vide order dated 20.12.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.4195 of 2016 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, is hereby relaxed and the rest of the conditions shall remain in tact. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
