ORDER :

Petitioner claims that he purchased the land to an extent of Ac.6.16 guntas in Sy.No.73 and Ac.7.18 guntas in Sy.No.75 of Thimminenipalem village, Chinthakani Mandal, Khammam District. Petitioner apprehended that respondent authorities are trying to interfere and threatening to dispossess him from his land and the same is illegal. Petitioner was also issued pattadar pass book and title deeds.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that according to Tahsildar, Sy.Nos.73 & are shown as 'kappalakunta tank' and based on the report of Tahsildar, Revenue Divisional Officer issued notice on 23.03.2018 to hold enquiry on 11.04.2018. He would submit that appropriate action would be taken only after affording due opportunity and on due consideration of explanation submitted by petitioner and as of now, no steps are taken to cancel pattadar pass books and title deeds and to dispossess the petitioner before completing the enquiry already initiated.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that if petitioner is put on notice, it is open to petitioner to place on record the material available with him to satisfy the authorities. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. No costs.
