Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently, in the averments of Criminal Petition Nos. 4641 and 4644 of 2023, the particulars of the bail satisfaction Court was mentioned as XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad instead of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the common order dated 11.05.2023 in Criminal Petition Nos.4641 and 4644 of 2023 the bail satisfaction Court nomenclature XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad shall be read as XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in respect of the

satisfaction Court as indicated above in the common order dated 11.05.2023 and issue fresh order.
