THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6438 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 23.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.1175 of 2016 in O.S.No.1198 of 2012 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application along with authenticated documents before the trial Court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
