HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3965 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.32 of 2014 of Miryalguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a referred report after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to move if at all any cognizance under Section 190 Cr.P.C. taken thereon or file any protest petition under Section 190 read with 200 Cr.P.C.
