This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare E-Auction notice, dated 23.05.2015, in respect of the petitioner's property, admeasuring 188.66 Sq. yards forming part of Door No.6-15-190 of Gurbabadi, Dubba, Nizamabad Town, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel, representing respondents, submitted that the sale, proposed to be held under the impugned E-Auction notice, could not take place as no bidder has come forward to purchase the property. As the proposed sale has become abortive, the cause, on which the petitioner filed this Writ Petition, is rendered infructuous. Therefore, there is no necessity for this Court to adjudicate the Writ Petition, on merits. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. No.23288 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for the interim relief, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
