THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3941 of 2020 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in FIR in Crime No.186 of 2020 of P.S. Nalgonda I Town, registered for the offences under Sections 384, 420 and 188 of Indian Penal Code and Section 51 (b) of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act, 1897, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 03.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted a copy of Letter dated 18.11.2021 wherein the Sub-Inspector of Police, P.S. Nalgonda I Town, mentioned that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda and the same was numbered as C.C.No.995 of 2020.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
