ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2.
Petitioners are aggrieved by the order of Revenue Divisional Officer dated 1.9.2019 which was appeal against the decision of the Tahsildar. Earlier petitioners filed W.P. No.3632 of 2019 challenging the decision of the Revenue Divisional Officer. Since petitioners have remedy of revision, said writ petition was dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to prefer revision. Accordingly, revision was filed before the Joint Collector, Medak and it appears the same was acknowledged on 19.3.2019 by the office of Joint Collector. Alleging that so far revision is not numbered and no further proceedings are taken up, this writ petition is filed.
3.
Ex.P.1 is photo copy of the revision preferred by petitioner, on first page left hand side there is endorsement of receipt of the revision by the office of Joint Collector. If that is so, Joint Collector/second respondent is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and take up appropriate steps for expeditious disposal of the Revision and/or consider the interlocutory application stated to have been filed by petitioner along with revision. Further, if on verification of the records, it is found that no such revision is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed. __________________ P NAVEEN RAO,J DATE: 27 -6-2019 TVK
