.....Respondent/ Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No.80 of 2015, on the file of P.S., Veerapunayanipalli (V.N.Palli), Kadapa District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Subash, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor (AP) for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Court imposes condition on the petitioner that he should appear before the Court concerned regularly. The petitioner/A.36 shall be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with one surety, who is native of State of Andhra Pradesh, for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kamalapuram. The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned daily between 10,00 a.m, and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

Substitute, this amended order in place of earlier order which was already dispatched on 16-12-2016.
