Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently, in the averments of Criminal Petition No.4648 of 2023, the particulars of bail satisfaction Court was mentioned as V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Medchal, instead of X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Medchal. He further submitted that the petitioners were ordered to be surrender before the Court concerned on or before 18.05.2023, which is going to be expired today and that sought for extension of time to surrender. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the order dated 11.05.2023 in Criminal Petition No.4648 of 2023 the bail satisfaction court nomenclature V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Medchal, shall be read as X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Medchal and that the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court concerned is extended till

25.05.2023.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in respect of the satisfaction Court as indicated above in the order dated 11.05.2023 and issue fresh order.
