O R D E R

The case of the petitioner, as per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, is that, his father was allotted the subject house bearing No.EWS - 466, Bharat Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, by the 1st respondent - Housing Board, and in form No.10 of the allotment letter, the petitioner herein, was shown as his nominee. After the death of his father, the petitioner made application seeking registration of the subject property in his name, as he is the nominee. Along with the application, the petitioner also submitted 'no objection undertaking' from all his family members. The 2nd respondent - House Board, represented by its Executive Engineer (Housing) vide Lr.No.466/EWS/BNC/EM8/EE (N) 2019, dated 08.05.2019, required the petitioner to submit 'family member certificate' issued by Revenue Department, or the decree of a competent civil court. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.Buchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2. From the above, the claim of the petitioner is that in form No.10 of allotment letter, he has been shown as nominee by his father. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed the consider the nomination given by the original allottee, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
