HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.CHANDRAIAH AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Appeal No.204 of 2012 JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao) Heard the learned counsel on record.

Pursuant to the instructions dated 16.11.2015, learned Public Prosecutor filed death certificate of the sole appellant i.e. Chinthalapalle Venkatarathnam issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Grampanchayat, Chinnagottigallu,, Chittoor District, showing that the appellant died on 24.10.2015. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the appeal may be dismissed as abated since in this appeal, there is only one appellant/accused.

Having regard to the above submission, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated due to the death of the sole appellant/accused.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
