Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, in the averments of Criminal Petition No. 4652 of 2023, the particulars of bail satisfaction Court was mentioned as XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, instead of XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 11.05.2023 in Criminal Petition No.4652 of 2023 the bail satisfaction court nomenclature XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, shall be read as XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in respect of the satisfaction Court as indicated above in the order dated 11.05.2023 and issue fresh order.
