HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 1784 of 2015 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed against the order in WPMP No.23999 of 2015 in WP No.18553 of 2015, dated 01.07.2015, alleging its non-implementation.

2. In the present Contempt Case, this Court had called for the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District. The Revenue Divisional Officer has submitted a report, dated 27.01.2016, which clearly shows that the petitioner is in possession of an extent of Ac.5-03 cents. He also stated that the petitioner is having title to the said land and in the report it was stated that the petitioner asked the officers to measure another extent, which is an extent of Ac.2-90 cents covered by R.S. No.369, but it is found to be a forest land. It was also stated that the petitioner is not having any right over the said land. In view of the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddigudem, the further enquiry in the Contempt Case is not warranted.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, in the circumstances, no costs.
