When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had fairly conceded that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 05.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10496 of 2021 and it is against the petitioner and therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of W.P.No.10496 of 2021 dated 05.11.2021. No order as to costs.
