HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.10678 OF 2018 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Village Revenue Assistant by the 4th respondent vide proceedings dated 13.09.2017, but, the 3rd respondent issued impugned proceedings dated 19.01.2018, canceling the proceedings dated 13.09.2017. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 17.02.2018. As no orders are passed in the said appeal, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that without issuing any notice to the petitioner, impugned order has been passed.
Heard learned Government Pleader for Services. Since the appeal field by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
