25.09.2023 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.ii imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.4654 of dt.11.05.2023 that he shall appear before the Station House Officer, Kulsumpura Police Station, on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 12:00 P.M till filing of final report.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this court; the petitioner being an Assistant working in a Medical Shop for a meagre salary, he is not being permitted by his employer to attend every Monday before the concerned police station and has been insisting the petitioner to attend regularly to the job. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.4654 of dt.11.05.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required.
