The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.13 of 2007 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
