In view of the orders passed in A.S.M.P.No.1272 of 2015 in this appeal, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered between the parties and the Registry is directed to annex the copy of terms of compromise to the decree. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
