This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, challenging the order dated 02.6.2014 in I.A. No.87 of 2014 in R.C.C. No.26 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Rent Controller, at Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the purpose of filing of the civil revision petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.
