HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 1979 of 2015 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 08.07.2015, passed in W.P. No.18749 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. A counter is filed stating that the application filed by the petitioner is deficient in particulars and AUTO CAD MAP and the petitioner was asked to give full particulars for consideration of his application.

3. In view of the same, it cannot be said that the order of this Court is violated. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. However, in the circumstances, no costs.
