CVNR,J & MSKJ,J MACMA.3293 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL M.A.C.M.A No.3293 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This MACMA is filed against the order and decree, dated 12.08.2016, in M.V.O.P.No.481 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Principal District Judge, Warangal. At the hearing, Mr.R.Sheetal Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned standing counsel for TSRTC, requested for permission to withdraw this MACMA, with liberty to file a fresh MACMA in the name of TSRTC in the place of APSRTC.

The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the MACMA is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the MACMA, MACMA MP.No.5856 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
