The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to move fresh application before the concerned Court.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to move fresh application before the concerned Court, in which event the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
