THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1402 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 21.06.2013 passed under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. in Rc.No.B/309/2013 on the file of the Mandal Executive Magistrate/Tahsilder, Thallada Mandal, Khammam District.

The learned counsel for both parties submitted that the Mandal Executive Magistrate may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties and the matter is pending for the last three years, the Mandal Executive Magistrate/Tahsildar, Thallada Mandal, Khammam District, is hereby directed to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
