THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10766 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.No.17501 of 2017 and batch, dated 02.06.2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"As the above interim orders itself cover the main relief of all these writ petitions, these Writ Petitions can be and accordingly disposed of with direction to the TSSPDCL Authorities to obtain undertaking affidavits and then conditionally release the power supply to the buildings of the petitioners, which is no doubt subject to compliance of all other statutory requirements by the petitioners and with the condition that in the event of refusal of grant of occupancy certificate by the concerned local Authorities viz.

Panchayat or Municipality or Municipal Corporation or other Authorities as the case may be within a prescribed period, the respondents withdraw the power supply, without any need of even prior notice for such withdrawal being the conditional one".

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
