THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY APPEAL SUIT No.558 of 1997 JUDGMENT:

Sri Kuncheam Maheswara Rao, the learned counsel for the appellants, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to the appellants to workout their remedies in other suit pending before the Court at Anantapur or in a separate comprehensive legal proceedings and the same is endorsed on the bundle. In view of the endorsement, permission is granted to the appellants to workout their legal remedies in the pending suit in Anantapur Court or in a separate comprehensive legal proceedings. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, but without costs, in the circumstances.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
