HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4773 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting demarcation of the property situated in Sy.No.1148(1168/part K) of Sheriguda village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, R.R. District, as illegal arbitrary. 3.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 28.04.2016 rendered in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
