HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No. 2151 of 2018 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.01.2018 in I.A.No. 758 of 2017 in O.S.No. 44 of 2016 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District, whereby the application filed by the petitioners under Section 151 CPC praying to direct the respondent - defendant to furnish his thumb marks in the open Court, has been dismissed.

It is not in dispute that the thumb mark of the respondent is already available on record i.e. vakalat, written statement and also summons received by him, therefore, the respondent is not required to furnish fresh thumb mark because it does not change its nature.

In view of the above, we find no reasons to interfere with the order dated 19.01.2018 in I.A.No. 758 of 2017 in O.S.No. 44 of 2016 passed by the trial Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
