These writ petitions are filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.2 in not considering the proposals submitted by petitioner-institutions and in not fixing the fee for their institutions for the block period of 2019-20 to 2021-22 and seeking direction to respondents to notify and fix the fee as proposed by respondents in their proposals.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri A.Abishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondentcommittee submits that the fee was already approved by Telangana Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (F.R.C.) in respect of DPharmacy and the fee in respect of M.B.A will be fixed in due course and says that these writ petitions can be disposed of recording the same.

In view of the same, recording the same, these writ petitions are disposed of. In case if fee for M.B.A course is not fixed before commencement of admission process, the interim order will continue till the fee is fixed by F.R.C. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
