No representation on either side on call. There was no representation on either side even on 06.01.2023. However, to give a fair opportunity, the matter was listed on 20.01.2023. When the matter was called on 23.01.2023, learned counsel for the appellant sought time. Therefore, the matter is listed on this day under the caption "For Dismissal". However, again there is no representation. This goes to show that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal.

Therefore, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
