The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 03-07-2019 in CRL.P. No. 3451 of 2019, the Court made the following ORDER:
This application is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking relaxation of the condition Nos.3 and 4 imposed by this Court vide common order dt.03.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3451 of 2019 (along with Crl.P.No.3446 of 2019) for a limited period of ten days, as the marriage of the sister of the petitioner is fixed on 18.08.2019 at SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh State and the presence of the petitioner is very much necessary. Heard both sides.
Having regard to the reasons stated in the application, condition Nos.3 and 4 imposed by this Court against the petitioner/A.3 vide common order dt.03.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3451 of 2019 (along with Crl.P.No.3z146 of 2019) are hereby relaxed for a limited period of ten days from 16.08.2019 to 25.08.2019 only. The other conditions of the said order d1.03.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3451 of 2019 shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
