As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 13.10.2015, the matter was listed to 14.10.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 14.10.2015 and 4.11.2015. On 7.11.2015, as a final chance, the same was listed to today under the same caption. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
