HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.2475 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more fully one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent herein in not investigating the crime registered in FIR No.555 of 2012 dated 21-08-2012 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, biased and capricious and consequently direct the respondent herein to investigate the aforesaid crime as per law in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case"

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police, after investigation, have filed charge sheet before the Court concerned. In view of the subsequent developments, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
