Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2.

According to the petitioner, layout was formed and land to an extent of Ac.5.00 gts in Sy. Nos.304 & 305 of Narsingi village is part of this layout. A portion of this land was earmarked as grave yard. Petitioner now alleges that the grave yard is being encroached by the land grabbers and in spite of making several representations and complained to the various authorities, no action is taken. An application was made on 04-06-2016 to conduct survey but survey is also not conducted.

In spite of granting sufficient time, no instructions have been furnished to the learned Standing Counsel to the Municipality and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 4.

Prima facie, from the layout copy filed at page-20, it appears the portion of land is earmarked as grave yard. Having regard to the allegation that some land encroachers are trying to encroach the grave yard, and if there is no demarcation of land earmarked as grave yard, the 4th respondent-Municipality is directed to examine the grievance ventilated by the petitioner in the representation dated 10-06-2019 and if necessary, with the assistance

PNR,J W.P.No.12879 of 2019 of 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, conduct survey of land in Sy. Nos.304 and 305 fixing the boundaries of the grave yard. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
