ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the appellants. 2.
The appellants herein are the defendants in the suit No.3223 of 2010 on the file of Vlll Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. \ \ lnitially the suit mas filed for recovery of Rs.50,0001 from the defendants. The said suit was decreed on 03.06.2013. Being aggrieved by the same the defendants filed First Appeal vide A.S.No.296 ot 2Q13 on the file of on the file of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and the same was dismissed on 15.07.2014 confirming the trial court judgment. 3.
The trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court have given concurrent finding that the plaintiff is entitled for money decree of Rs.50,0001, payable by the defendants with future interest @ 6% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till the date of realization. Being aggrieved by the same, the appellants preferred the Second Appeal.

The substantial question of law raised by the appellants is on facts, but not the law.

4. As no question of law is involved in the Second Appeal, the Second Appeal is dismissed at the admission stage. No order as costs.
