THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 3862 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) It is stated that appropriate steps have been taken by the State Government for appointment of Appellate Authority under Rule 58 of the Andhra Pradesh Chit Fund Rules, 2008. Accordingly, a letter dated 25.02.2015 has been produced before us, wherein it is stated that the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide G.O.Rt.No.18 Revenue (Registration-II) Department dated 07.01.2015 has delegated the powers to the Principal Secretary to the Government (Registration and Stamps), Revenue Department, to hear and dispose of the appeals filed before the Government in Revenue (Registration) Department under Section 70 of the A.P. Chit Funds Act, 1982.
Accordingly, we close this Writ Petition.
Let a copy of the aforesaid Government Order be kept on record.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
