Vide order, dated 11.07.2019, the appeals were referred to Lok Adalat. On 25.10.2019, both the appeals were settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat. In view of the same, both the appeals are disposed of, in terms of the Award, dated 25.10.2019, passed by the Lok Adalat. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Award to this common judgment. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
