O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/A-1 on bail in Crime No. 94 of 2016 of Yeleswaram Police Station, East Godavari district, registered for the offences punishable under section 8 [c] read with section 20 [b] [ii] [c] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-1 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition with liberty to file the petition at an appropriate stage.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
