THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3309 of 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused No.2 to 4, to grant anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.11 of 2022 of Huzurabad Police Station registered for the offences punishable 417, 495, 498-A and306 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A-2 to 4 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The facts of the case are that the complaint was lodged by the brother of the deceased stating that his sister (deceased) got acquainted with Accused No.1, loved and married him on 25.11.2020. However, the deceased kept the marriage secret. On 26.11.2021 she informed that the deceased was going to her in-laws house and when she went there she came to know that
Accused No.1 was already married to one Kalyani/A5. When she confronted, the petitioners did not heed to her request. Further she confronted Kalyani, who is the 1st wife of accused No.1, who also abused her. As seen from the allegations against these petitioners, these petitioners did not support the deceased and they humiliated the deceased. Since the main allegation is against accused No.1 and 5, and only allegation made against these petitioners is that they humiliated the deceased. In the back ground of the facts of this case, these petitioners can be granted relief of anticipatory bail.
4. In the said circumstances, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/Accused No.2 to 4 are granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:
(1) The petitioners/A-2 to A4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Huzurabad town within a period of (10) days from the date of this order and on such surrender, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their s executing a personal bond to the tune of
Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty Thousand only) with two sureties to the like sum each to his satisfaction.
(2) The petitioners/A-2 to A4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case and shall appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
