Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, for respondents. 2.
The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's A-4 license has been suspended by proceedings dt.03.02.2018 of the 4th respondent, that petitioner had made a representation on 01.03.2018 to the 2nd respondent for compounding the same, and in spite of the said application, no action has been initiated by the respondents to lift the suspension order passed against the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, appearing for respondents, states that the representation dt.01.03.2018 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent will be considered within a period of one (01) week from to-day, and appropriate decision of the 2nd respondent will be communicated to petitioner by the 2nd respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dt.01.03.2018 within a period of one (01) week from to-day, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
