This Writ Petition is filed with the prayer, which reads as follows:

"... to issue an order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent No.1 herein in not complying the order of the respondent No.2 herein vide Appeal No.E/972/2003 dated 2-4-2005 by conducting devono enquiry in respect of petitioners schedule property by the respondent No.1 herein as illegal arbitrary violation of principle of natural justice and due process of law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. It is represented that subsequent to passing of the order, dated 02.04.2005, enquiry was conducted and an order was passed on 27.08.2007 and against the same, revision was filed by respondent No.4 and the same was also withdrawn.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J November 02, 2016.
