HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO. 34123 OF 2013 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India questioning the action of the third respondent in proposing to seize the petitioner's property bearing D.No. 20/1, Walkers Road, Nellore, which is shown at serial No. 5 of column 15 in the counter in Crl.MP.No. 1572 of 2013 and Crl.MP.No. 1561 of 2013 on the file of the Court of District and Sessions Court, Nellore in connection with Crime No. 139 of 2013 of III-Town Police Station, Nellore, as illegal, violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents not to seize the above property and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home [AP].
3. Since the main grievance is that under the apprehension that the third respondent would seize the property of the petitioner, this writ petition is said to have been filed.
4. It is represented by Sri Ramesh Babu, Assistant Government Pleader for Home [AP] represents that the case is no
longer with the third respondent, as the same transferred to CB.C.I.D., as nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudicating the grievance as contended.
5. The writ petition, is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
