HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16764 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 and A2, the condition imposed against the 1st petitioner to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" and the condition imposed against the 2nd petitioner to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" in the order dated 07.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3870 of 2016 in Cr.No. 157 of 2016-17 of Narsipatnam Prohibitin & Excise Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, are hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
