When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P(TR).No.5270 of 2017, dt.31.01.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 08.01.2020 and the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
