THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35529 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri K. Ashok Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that his client is not desirous of pursuing this writ petition in the light of the counter affidavit averments stating to the effect that the petitioner was implicated as an accused in Crime No.54 of 2015 on the file of Kaligiri Police Station, Nellore District. Learned counsel however states that his client may be given liberty to pursue his remedies against registration of the aforestated crime against him in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly closed reserving liberty to the petitioner as aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order.
